1. Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting us at roodresharma@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your locally stored data remains fully accessible — it is never deleted upon cancellation.
- Pro features (unlimited saves, priority support) will be disabled at the end of the billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access to Pro features upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we believe in fair treatment of our users:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Pro features, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us immediately and we will process a refund after verification.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at roodresharma@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No refund policy applies to the Free plan as no charges are incurred.
